Numbers in reports are all showing as zeros - ATD / ATS

If all of your numbers in your reports in the software are showing up as zeros, this means that you have not entered Production mode. To enter Production mode, click on Retarget then click on Enter Production mode or you can click on Set Sheet as OK Sheet. If you set an OK sheet, you must have scans in the system after your OK sheet, or there will be no data to compare to.
