PaintMaker customer file import
How to allow ColorDesigner and ColorDesigner PLUS to see Datacolor's PaintMaker filesIn order to properly import customer files from PaintMaker into ColorDesigner, the file must be named custom_1 with a .mdb extension. Both ColorDesigner and ColorDesigner PLUS software are programmed to recognize only that name and file type from the PaintMaker program.
Note: If the customer file to be imported is named something other then custom_1, rename that file and try the import again. If import still fails, make sure the media and hardware are in the good working condition.
