Cleaning your 500 series calibration reference

If the Calibration Tile has dust, dirt, finger prints and smudges.The calibration standard (PN 518-62) may be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol or any mild window cleaner. Take care however to use no cleaner that leaves behind optical brighteners. If a cleaning solution is used, finish the job by cleaning a second time with pure tap water. Gently buff the standard dry with an non-abrasive cloth.
